We hold community surgeries
1. Every 1st Sat of the Month, 1-2pm, St Gabriels Hall.
2. Every 1st Wed of the Month, 2pm, Melrose Court.
Please check in advance for holiday weekends.

Community surgeries are your opportunity to meet your
councillors, beat officers, community wardens and representatives from Sentinel Housing Association.

In addition, you are welcome to contact me at any time to discuss any local issues you may have. My home phone is
01256 419376, it diverts during the day to my mobile (at no extra charge to you) so you can speak to me any time. In the event that I am in a meeting please leave a message.

POPLEY FORUM
Residents Public Meetings, usually meet 2-3 times a year

The Popley Forum meets 2-3 times a year.
It rotates between community venues in Popley such as
Popley Fields Community Centre,
Bermuda Hall,
St Gabriels Hall,
Melrose Hall.

Meeting times are published in advance in the Village pages of the Basingstoke Gazette and in Popley Matters, Popley's quarterly community magazine.
