Community Land Trusts Single Issue Panel

1 Investigate the role that Community Land Trusts could play in the Borough. 2 Investigate the local interest in self-build and co-operative building schemes and, if these investigations show that one or more CLT’s could play a part in meeting the housing needs of our community, to:- 3 Investigate and report back on the introduction of Community Land Trusts.

Constitution Working Party

To consider two referrals from the Council meting held on 22 July 2004 (a) the Notice of Motion concerning “secret voting” and (b) the Revised Constitution for “further significant work to be undertaken”.
