It is the role of the Overview Management Board to consider: •Proposed work programmes of the Overview Committees (and any Single Issue Panels). •Links to the programme of work for the Scrutiny Committee. •Links to the Council Three Year Plan and Forward Plan processes. •Opportunities for joint work. •Integrated responses to cross cutting challenges facing the Council. •Involvement of partner organisations (via Single Issue Panels). •Maximising benefits of the outcomes of Overview and Scrutiny across the organisation. •Communication and promotion of the overview and scrutiny process.
