Thank you for contacting my website. As you probably know I have been a Councillor with Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council since 1996.
I was pleased to be re-elected on 4th May and thank people for supporting me. I hope people will get in touch with me if they would like me to visit them or wish to discuss ideas or concerns on the telephone. I am always glad to hear from people and appreciate the support I receive.
I hope 2006 will prove a good year for us all. I also hope people will welcome the introduction of Community Wardens in Brighton Hill. I already know of a problem I believe they can assist with.
Would residents support the proposal for a new Brighton Hill Community Centre, where The Dome Youth Club, the Church of Christ the King and the Baptist Chapel are situated now? I am collecting names for a petition. Who would add their name or collect names? The area I am referring to is behind Gillies Health Centre, where the road and paving are rough and the place badly needs a face lift.
